We designed the Happyholics app with a smart, practical style that supports its main goal: making sustainable employee happiness easy to track and improve. The app balances useful content with an approachable, playful feel, making it simple for employees to share feedback and for leaders to gain helpful insights—creating a strong tool for a positive work culture.
Alongside the app, we developed a data dashboard for managers, offering real-time insights and tailored advice to support informed decision-making and proactive management. With the pilot phase now running in several companies, we’re working with the Happyholics team to make both the app and dashboard an integral part of their services.
